MANAGEMENT
Universal licensee and the captain of the Universal ship. Dillon has a long love affair with Universal and our wonderful Darlinghurst rainbow community reaching back many years having shown up at the then Midnight Shift looking for work. With little experience, Bathurst boy, Dillon worked hard and refined his love for nightlife branching out to a few different queer venues before returning to the place that gave him his start years earlier. Through changes of ownership, to changes of decor, Dillon stayed with the community that kept the venue strong. It’s no surprise that when Universal was acquired by Universal Hotels group, Dillons passion for the venue and the community would show that he was the perfect head for this venture. Dillons love of the arts, the nightlife, drag, and the community are all apparent throughout the venue and are embedded in his staff.
